Visit FrandsenBank.com, select 'Personal Online Banking' from the drop-down arrow, and click 'Register for Online Banking'.
Download the Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access your account from your phone or tablet. Select ‘Register’ in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Within the Registration Form page, enter your information exactly as provided when you opened your account and click ‘Submit’ when completed.
You will be asked to ‘Verify Your Identity’ using the phone number you provided for your account; this is called two-factor authentication (2FA). Select the option you prefer, text message or phone call. Enter the 6-digit code confirmation field and click 'Submit.'
Create a username and password that is easy to remember and unique to you. Enter the password twice to confirm. Reference the guidelines above for help selecting a secure password. Click ‘Register’ once you are complete.
Review the Online Banking Agreement, check the box near ‘I accept the terms of this agreement,’ then click ‘Accept,’ and the online banking home screen will appear.
As you navigate new features and functions, you may be prompted to enroll in specific services, such as Notifi Alerts; follow the prompts to enable them.
I see a transaction I don’t recognize in my online banking account. What should I do?
Within online or mobile banking, click on Manage Cards. In Recent Transactions, select the transaction to view its details. If it was an in-person transaction, you should see a map of the actual location where the transaction took place. If you don't recognize the purchase, reach out to the merchant. How do I reset my online banking password?
From the login screen, you can reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password.” If you need additional assistance, please contact us.
